Property Summary
The residence offers a group of 9 individual villas, some of which have 2 floors and all have their own swimming pool with garden. They are all individual with different furniture.
It is absolutely necessary for guests to inform the finca of their arrival time.
The villas have one or two bedrooms with a double bed or two twin beds, individually regulated air conditioning, fitted wardrobes, a living room with satellite TV (limited channels) and DVD player, and a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, cooker, microwave, dishwasher and tea and coffee making facilities. Each villa has a large furnished terrace with a barbecue area, large garden and private pool. The en suite bathrooms are fitted with a shower and bath. Each accommodation unit also contains a safe, washing machine and ironing set.
Activities
Each villa has its own outdoor pool and a well kept garden. They are close to the white sandy beaches in the south of the island. Binibeca is located less than 2 km away, where there are several companies that specialise in diving and it is a popular area for fishing and jogging.
Total Financial protection. All Holidays on this site are protected by a ATOL licence No 6042 in our unlikely failure, and by Supplier Failure Cover (SFC). Unlike ATOL cover SFC will allow you to continue with your holiday plans un-interrupted as it provides up to £1,500 per person to replace any airline, hotel or transfer element in the case of failure.
