Guests are accommodated in attractively furnished and extremely comfortable junior suites. Each room comes with a living room with a separate bedroom and a bathroom with a shower or bath and a hairdryer. This extensive hotel complex is nestled in the mountainside, directly by a sandy beach in the Taurito valley. A complimentary bus service operates daily between the hotel and the small town of Puerto de Morgan (some 4 km) and Puerto Rico, 10 km away.

The complex was extensively renovated in 2005 and comprises 304 rooms, spread over 9 floors in the main building. It is fully air-conditioned, and facilities on offer include a lobby with lifts and a 24-hour reception desk with safe and currency exchange counter. Dining options include a restaurant (with highchairs for children). Further facilities include bars, cafés, various shops, a nightclub and a playroom. Also on offer are laundry services, public wireless Internet access and medical assistance. There is also a kids' club and playground for younger guests.

Activities
In the well-kept grounds there are three swimming pools, a separate paddling pool, a poolside snack bar as well as a sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols. The hotel also has a sauna and offers spa treatments such as massages. Sports enthusiasts may work out in the gym, do aqua aerobics and play billiards or bocce. There is an activity programme to keep young and old alike entertained.
