Property Summary
This pleasant low rise complex enjoys an excellent location in the very heart of Playa de Las Américas, only 400 m from the nearest beach and at easy reach of a wide range of restaurants, bars and shops. The complex is formed by two floor bungalows surrounded by bright flowers and shrubs. The access road to the Paraíso del Sol has been completely refurbished and offers now nice walking areas with trees and flowers. As per Summer 2009 a new restaurant and completely new refurbished reception area will be offered to our guests: modern, with plenty of light and beautiful views on the pool area of the property.
Accommodation Information
150 units in 2 store bungalows consisting of studios, one bedroom and two bedroom apartments. All units have an equipped kitchenette with fridge and 2 ring hob, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, full bathroom, TV, telephone, safe and a balcony or terrace overlooking the garden or pool area. There are units with private garden available. Cleaning 5 x week, change of linen 2 x week and new towels 3 x week. For rent: iron, iron board, hair dryer and fan.

Location
Paraiso Del Sol is located just 400 metres from the beach and resort centre. Countless shops, bars and restaurants are located in the immediate vicinity. Links to the public transport network are located just 500 m from the hotel.
The complex is also located close to the amazing water park Siam Park

Features
Very pleasant restaurant serving buffet breakfast and dinner with nice outside terrace. The Surf Bar offers a large range of snacks during day time and at night animation. TV with satellite and sports channels also at the Surf Bar. New Buffet restaurant with show cooking for breakfast and dinner services. Both can be enjoyed on the Restaurant´s large terrace.
Breakfast Buffet : A delicious and varied breakfast buffet is available, offering all kind of bread,pastries, cheese butter, ham, fresh fruit, vegetables, a large choice of juices, “smoothies –
drinks” , yoghurt, cereals, marmalade, jam, etc. Hot dishes are served directly from our show
kitchen.
Dinner Buffet: A splendid and varied dinner buffet is offered to the guests with a large choice of
delicious dishes. All hot dishes are served directly from our show kitchen.

Meals include a full board buffet for breakfast and evening meal. Lunch is also a buffett depending on numbers - if numbers too small alternative food off the menu will be arranged.

During meals local house wine,soft drinks,local beer and mineral water is available.
Drinks are also available from 11am - 11pm - only local brands available and does not include cofee. All branded drinks and expresso coffee is not included in the all inclusive package and is an extra charge.

Snacks are available between 4.30pm and 6pm
Ice-Cream for children is also available between 4.30pm - 6pm and also between these times tea and cookies will be served.

Customers can change lunch for a picnic with previous notice.
