On the main promenade there are plenty of local shops, cafes, bars, restaurants etc. There is also an attractive port area and the resort is very popular with families and couples looking for a quieter resort with plenty of local charm. The city of Barcelona is just 65km to the north, with the resort of Salou and Port Aventura theme park 40km to the south.
