Property Summary
The building was built in 1990 and is made up of a total of 128 apartments and 60 rooms on 4 floors. The chic air-conditioned hotel facilities include a reception, a lobby, 4 lifts, a supermarket, a bar, a TV room, a children's playground as well as a miniclub. Furthermore there is a bicycle storage facility and an air-conditioned buffet restaurant.
The commodious apartments are fitted with a living rooms with two sofa beds, a bathroom, balcony, direct dial telephone, satellite/ cable TV. Provides a safe and Wifi access for a fee. They are also air-conditioned and contain kitchen facilities with microwave, refrigerator and coffee maker.
