Property Summary
This fabulous Costa Sal complex with its well furnished apartments has been a big favorite with British and Irish holidaymakers for many years.
The well designed and well furnished apartments offer all the facilities you need including Satelite TV (includes BBC1,BBC2 and RTE amongst other English speaking channels),air conditioning available in July,August and September in the apartments and throughout the year in the Bungalows.
All apartments have a fully equipped kitchenette with an oven, microwave,kettle toaster and hob with the option to upgrade to recently refurbished deluxe apartments.
***PLEASE NOTE: The studios do not have a balcony or terrace - only windows***
There are 2 adult pools and 2 children´s pool with ample terraces available for sunbathing and is the perfect choice for both families and couples.The Costa Sal also offer WIFI connection at a small weekly cost.
Due to the excellent facilities and standards of this complex we have rated it a 4 Sun although the official rating is 3 Key
The pool/snack bar is British/Irish owned and has a wonderful friendly atmosphere and offers a wide variety of food including a BBQ once a week, large TV screens and occasional evening entertainment.

Location
Located just a five minute drive from the airport and 200mts from the beach, the Costa Sal is ideally positioned for those who don´t want to waste time travelling.
Matagorda is a suburb of Puerto del Carmen and is a short distance from bars,shops and restaurants but just far enough away for you to enjoy peace and relaxation.
The main bus stop is directly outside for those of you that want to explore Lanzarote.
