This is a small and exclusive complex of villas and apartments, which was renovated in 2009. There are just 18 spacious units in total, spread over 2 floors. Fully air-conditioned, the apartment hotel welcomes its guests into a lobby with a reception service, 24-hour security and a hotel safe. Furthermore, on-site facilities include lift access, a restaurant and café, WLAN Internet access, and room and laundry services. Guests arriving by car can leave their vehicles in the nearby car park or parking garage. Those wishing to explore the local surroundings can hire bikes from reception. The reception service open from 8 am to 10 pm. The complex consists of 12 apartments and 6 villas.
